Test pilots are often the quiet ones; known for taking role after role; experience not strictly required - but there's the major requirement that you know what and to whom you are going to be accountable for.
The work is actually opportunities that take shape in a nook, before mobilization, or the ecard and the buzz are released. You go through self-doubts, of course, and wonder when you can master the project.
But you still manage to pull it off. Thanks to the adventurous leads who are confident to entrust you the job.
And today's morning a first.
Just when I think nothing surprises me anymore, there's an OOO thrown at me that makes me read it twice.
Suddenly I am one of the coverages of a global lead in their OOO, and I only learned about it on the very same day that it happens; I cannot panic; it doesn't work that way and, besides, it's too late for that.
You know why it's read twice? I just want to know how long is the coverage. Or how long I have to be calm about it.
